Ask the practice about a result

If you were asked to contact the practice, or the expected time has passed, submit an online request or telephone 01632 960 410.

Ask about a test result

The person arranging your test should explain when and how you will receive the result. Some results take longer than others and may need to be reviewed before they appear online.

Urgent advice: Get urgent help

Call 999 now for a life-threatening emergency. If you need medical help now but it is not an emergency, use NHS 111 online or call 111.
