How repeat prescriptions work

Request your medicine

Order only the repeat items you need and check that your nominated pharmacy is correct.

Allow processing time

Submit the request before you run out. Weekends and bank holidays may affect processing.

Collect from your pharmacy

Your pharmacy can tell you when the medicine is ready and help with medicine questions.
